Head to Helgan and follow the main road to Rafton. Find the ruins of Bthalft to the east of Alchemist's Hut and Imperial Rift Camp. If you look south-west from the ruins, you will see that the mountains are covered with railings, not rocks. Then head southwest through the ruins and when you go up you should look west as it gets rocky. Stay close to the rocky section on the way to the west. It can fall in the snow and if you look south at this point there is a trail that turns east, then west, but south to the mountain. This trail ends at Arc Wind Point.

The trail is very difficult to see, so go there during the day.
