Sophia Dalton Average Kwh Usage 1 Bedroom Apartment
What is the average monthly consumption of kWh for a 1 bedroom apartment? (834 square feet)
My house is almost the same. I live in Texas so the winters are mild. In spring and autumn I use about 500 kWh per month. In summer it increases to about 800 kWh per month. We had some cold spells last winter. My consumption increased to 750 Kwh for a few months. It is very hot today and I opened the window and the cool air here made the air conditioner not working at all ...
You will surely be amazed at the price of electricity sold. I talked about what I thought was a good price. I paid 0.09 euros per kilowatt. Texas pays me between 0.12 and 0.22 on average. In contrast, the average value of e in Kentuc is 0.609. Must be good.
kWh consumption monthly average
Power consumption depends primarily on whether the electricity is used for heating and cooling. So you can use 2040 kWh per day just to heat a very cold day and the same amount to cool the day. Heating water with electricity also helps in power consumption.
If, as in many apartment buildings, air is supplied through the building without being part of the electrical installation, then the basic power consumption should be used in descending order for cooling, lighting, kitchen and computer equipment. Will Older refrigerators can use 5001,000 kWh per year or 23 kWh per day, newer refrigerators 1.52 kWh per day, refrigerators that need to be replaced can use up to 10 kWh per day. Lighting: If you use halogen or incandescent bulbs and they always burn too much, you can add an extra 45kWh a day, but if you save light, you should keep it less than 2kWh a day. Must be able to.
Cooking only consumes a lot of electricity if you cook or grill too much. A typical surface item is only 800-1500 watts and uses the full amount when turned on. You can cook for a day with kWh or less.
Washers, dryers and dishwashers also use electricity, but are paid for in a week, no one adds more than 1 extra kilowatt hour.
Assuming you do not cover air conditioning, you would expect a one-bedroom apartment to use between 5 and 10kWh per day and, if you are careful, you can get up to 37kWh per day. ۔ (With 4 residents we use 68kWh per day, while in our area a typical family of four uses 30kWh per day.)
If you cover heating and cooling with electricity, you can expect more than 2,550 kWh per day. The higher the temperature and the lower the quality of insulation and thermal insulation in your home, the more heating and air conditioning will have to work for your comfort.

What is the average monthly consumption of kWh for a 1 bedroom apartment? (834 square feet)
I live in Chicago, Illinois and as of January 2014 I am using 97kWh and it costs $ 22.02. I live alone in a 1200 square foot apartment.
It varies greatly depending on the type of items you have in your home. My size is the same as yours and my average is 265 kWh in winter and 235 kWh in summer. So I don't have a TV and when I go out I turn off everything except the fridge.
