I am a very active person so I am in good condition. I am thin in the hips and shins. But for some reason I'm on my knees ?! My thighs are thicker than running so I can live with it, but on my knees? It's so weird if you let go of my legs c! D: Like a cylinder. In the mirror you can see a big pillow on your knee and a big pillow on your knee. Literally sit on it and show the baby's face like a hidden knee. It's annoying to see because you can't even see the shape of the knees.
Please do not say that this is not a matter of caring for someone, not getting liposuction or blaming genetics. My parents are active walkers and treadmill users and had no problems. I need advice on how to get rid of it. Try lungs, squats, wallets, stretches, jogging, walking. All of these exercises made my thighs stronger and my knees thicker. However, those stubborn people do not go away on their knees. It really made me feel like I was embarrassed to wear clothes when I went out. I still wear jeans, and I mean flare up. I don't wear skinny jeans because they are too tight around my knees, so my legs feel as wide as an elephant's foot. (Thick to thick, not thick to fit) :( Please have some useful tips !!

Well, you have to live with it. I work as a nutritionist and my boss is a weightlifter and my manager is a competent NPC Now competitor and I am a strong, lean wagon. Guess what we all have in common? Our baby has knees. It's great that some people have. To make it less visible, you can get up so you don't put pressure on your knees. Stand firm and rest your knees.
