You can't find it because it contains two words.

The word Beno means to study.

The word soro (the humble form of shimasu soro) means to do.

So, comne: benoushimasu is a soddy verb.

Sometimes nineteen words combine with soro to form a verb. I do not know why. Maybe someone else will.
