I currently live in Mexico City and if you order a beach taco here you get a fried pork neck taco and (carnitas) (equivalent to our throat).

I laugh because I remember going to a taco shop in Mexico City and hearing that people were ordering all kinds of tacos, including Beach, Nana and Pete. Now I know what pruning means, but Nana is still a mystery and the stomach must have something to do with the stomach.
