Group of Twenty (G-20),

Definition of Group of Twenty (G-20):

1. An international forum of finance ministers and central bank governors from the twenty most economically developed countries that convene annually to discuss the critical issues affecting the global economy. The G-20 was expanded from the original G-7 group of countries in an effort to encompass the economic concerns of the emerging-market countries.

2. A group of finance ministers and central bank governors from 19 countries and the European Union who meet to discuss global economic issues.
