What? A cheetos t? I'm sure everyone knows Cheetos and their Chester Cheetah logo. No sensible person would recommend eating cheetahs for breakfast or for weight loss.
Cheetahs also have fast food snacks that can sharpen your back.
However, nutritionists at Pennsylvania State University insist on something else. Weight loss equals calorie production> calorie intake. But, according to Penn State University, more air will force us to eat less and, as a result, lose weight. Let's see if this breakfast can be used as a snack.
A Pennsylvania State University survey found that many hesitant people were invited to eat cheese leaves for four days. Respondents were divided into two groups. The first group ate raw chitos while the second group ate swollen chitos with more air in the leaves.
The results were surprising because the group that ate the Cheetos cheese balls ate more than the other group. However, the total caloric intake of the cheese puff group was 21% lower. Both types of cheetahs have the same number of calories per ounce.
Research has shown that eating more bloated foods can help you eat more and consume fewer calories. It is thought to be due to a stomach signal that we are eating enough food even though the food we eat includes air. As quoted in the May issue of the AP Journal, Paul Rosen (a psychologist at State University of Pennsylvania) said he actually thought he was eating more as each piece grew.
These tips can be incorporated into your daily diet. For example, when making granola, choose a swelling, not a solid granola. But it certainly won't help if your granola is full of sugar.
Of course, you shouldn't go to Cheetos right now to lose weight. However, this study tells us that fried foods are better for salty foods than solid foods.
