I just bought it with a nourishing and moisturizing Vaseline bottle pump, but you won't be able to open it. No suggestions?

Sometimes you have to turn the hat clockwise and it works, but all I know is that it works with another Uct.

A ■■■■ There is a thread on the bottom edge of the pump and it is secured from the thread to the cap. Rotate clockwise until it's free.
