Bright Dragon mocen001 What is it? 3

I have this card which is the exact opposite of any other bright blue eyed dragon card I have ever seen. It says mocen001, not moven001. Mine says number 1 and says mocen001. Just look at the images on Google Images, different from what I mentioned.

It is a small gold leaf enbus eye and when you move it takes the form of an eye or a yogi and it is not a misprint of all the first limited edition movie cards nor the first edition.

It may be typing, but in my opinion this type of typing is useless, typing too much is a mistake and an art.
