Petsmart Tortoise - How To Discuss

Where does Petsmart get its turtles from? 3
So last Monday I bought my little Stella Russian tortoise at Petsmart. I think the worker said that Stella was probably 6 to 8 months old and recently when other turtles raised her for a long time. Stella is probably 18 to 8 inches tall and I think she's a girl because her ■■■■ doesn't rotate like a boy's.
Although Stella is a little younger and workers say she is 68 months old, someone told me that all Russian Petsmart turtles have been caught wild and are between 5 and 30 years old.
I wonder if what they say is true. If not, where do Petsmart's Russian turtles come from?
Thank you very much!
Russian turtles are very small when hatching and it is impossible to reach 20 cm in less than a few years. Petco and Petsmart get their Russian turtles from wholesalers. All the Russian turtles they sell have been caught wild and, as you may have heard, are old. They also often contain internal parasites (insects). The animal dealer is lying to you. No one will raise a Russian turtle together, which could easily take 5 to 8 years or more, and then be sold for a modest BS dredger. When I was young, I foolishly got a job at Patsmart and more than half of their reptiles were caught in the wild. This is because wild-caught reptiles are much cheaper than captive breeds, so they can make more profit.
Clever turtle
Buying reptiles from a pet store is not always a good idea, as some reptiles can be unhealthy, get sick, become parasitic, be resistant to food, be aggressive, and so on. Some pet stores do not take good care of their pets, but you can find good, healthy turtles. If anyone buys a crawling animal at a pet store, they will definitely say Petsmart. Petsmart is clean and has healthy reptiles. I bought my stock and reptiles from them and I had no problem with anything. All the reptiles I bought from Petco had this, except for a king snake, which was very aggressive. I think it would be better to buy it at Petsmart than anywhere else. So if you really want Petsmart, go for it.
Exported turtles are the only species of tortoise sold in pet stores and raised in captive farms. They are very easy to care for and have many cows. Almost all turtles and other turtles are caught in the wild. Don't buy turtles from pet stores. Search is private.
Most pets get their reptiles from farms, I know there are turtles and reptiles in Australia. Our turtle hatcheries have special fence dams, other turtle hatcheries use ropes for swimming. I'm not sure turtles think they'll grow up in cages.
