Generously apply colors to each individual section, starting with red at the bottom, then yellow, green, blue, and purple, or follow any color scheme you like. Wrap the dyed shirt in plastic wrap or a zip-top bag and let it sit for 68 hours. Remove the elastic bands and then rinse the shirts in warm water.
