My rtday is coming up in less than a month and I have the option to choose between the Rotary or Citizen (EcoDrive) chronograph handles, both are the same but urban solar powered. Which of these would be the best? They both deal with their confidence as they choose to embark on their play activities. My father has had a Citizen Echo Drive since 1996 and it still works very well.

Choose EcoDrive ... The Citizen EcoDrive should be one of the best quartz systems out there. Rotary is a decent mediator. In my opinion, I would always choose Seiko or Citizen on Rotary.
