How do I replace the battery of the microphone?

This reduces the risk of the battery bending when you try to remove it. When removing the battery, pull out the side marked with the red arrow, the other side is held by the notches (yellow). Remove the (green) marked foam pad to install the new battery. Place the microphone in the hole indicated by the red arrow.

How do I remove the battery and the earpads?

The battery is on the right side where the charging port is located. The pads are held by 6 notches. You should be standing next to it under the plastic ring around the pillow. A plastic putty knife works best, but you can also do this with something flat and thin. Once you level up, you can probably level everything up.
